SCA is Guilty of Due Process Violations, Human Rights Violations, Negligence, Hate Crimes, and Abuse of Power.
Judge James "Jim" Raymond Kramer keeps refusing to comply with the Alabama Criminal Contempt of Court incarceration codes, according to the website judicial.alabama.gov, under Ala. R. Crim. P. 33.4 declares that "the maximum punishment for a criminal contempt of court offense under the present Alabama law is not to exceed ten (10) days". Oftentimes, at the SCA jail, some inmates have spent almost a year behind bars to no avail.
Dr. Dorothy was in the SCA County jail for a total of 49 days, with most of those days being in solitary confinement, which should not have exceeded 1more than 15 days by law. Dr. Dorothy remains paralyzed under the biased Contempt of Court order unjustly executed by Judge Kramer when Dr. Dorothy was forced to appear for a hearing against the doctor's orders.
