Background:

On December, 7,  2020 - ADT Cameras show disturbing offenses of justice carried out by Police Officers NICK JAMES: The ADT alarm accidentally went off at the residence of Dr. Dorothy's, daughter and son-in-law. RL has only two classes remaining to obtain her master's degree in Forensic Accounting whereby she will become a physician in the Armed Forces. DL is a Stock Trader and helps home-school the children with RL.

Officer Nick James strong-armed RL for no reason knowing that there had been a false alarm that took him over half an hour to arrive after it had been canceled by RL and DL. Even so, James tried to force RL to show her identification to him claiming that she did not live at her home, and he tried to force RL to move her vehicle, which was parked in front of her home ignoring that the next-door neighbor, Christina Marie Gibson was arrested for manufacturing, selling, and delivering methamphetamine while her deranged husband tried to run over Dr. Dorothy's grandchildren.

Yet, the Chief of Police, Calera, Alabama Chief of Police David Hyche, like with the abuse of RL by James, did nothing about it even after Dr. Dorothy called him and even went to the Calera, Alabama police department to make a couple of reports.

WELLNESS CHECK, NICK JAMES, HIS POSSE, EMT, DHR, and Shelby County Baptist Medical Center: On the morning of September 30th, 2021, a wellness call was made to the Non-Emergency Police Division at the Calera, Alabama Police Department. Dr. Dorothy's daughter was subjected to being spit on continuously in her face, abused about her body, and tortured almost to death by several Calera, Alabama police officers. One of the responding officers was Nick James, who should not even have responded to the call knowing that he had already caused RL extreme infliction of emotional distress with such barbaric as well as inhumane acts on December 7, 2020.

All throughout the ordeal, DL, pleaded with the bad to leave RL alone because she had done nothing wrong. DL kept asking them to leave their home and they threatened to shoot him in front of the children. Several times throughout the police beating, DL, RL and the children were all asking the cops to leave their home instead of stepping all over their belongings, swearing, and being injurious to everyone. Even after they discovered that RL was fine, they refused to leave.

On the same note, the cops could clearly see that the children needed to return to being home-schooled but still refused to leave. Right in front of the children, they beat RL until she aspirated, and then they beat her again, they spit in her face continuously, and they tied RL to a board face down with vomit streaming down her mangled face damaged by blows from hateful men and women of the devil. After the beatdown, they shouted at RL and told her that it was her fault.

The Fire & Rescue Supervisor of Calera, AL convinced RL that they were only taking her m to check her vital signs and said she would be back home in no time. Feeling guilty, the Calera, Alabama Fire, and Rescue supervisor called Dr. Dorothy and apologized for how the cops treated RL. He lied too because shortly after that, the SCA DHR Child Protective Services (CPS) Intake Caseworker Frenique Paige Bell arrived unannounced, without grounds, and without reason. This was not the proper protocol for the Calera, Alabama police to follow.

The Calera, Alabama police are not permitted to bring in the SCA DHR on parents when the children were not in imminent or immediate harm, danger, abandoned, or abused. This is according to § 38-9-8, Ala. Code 2014, states that an officer only needs to write a report and forward it to DHR within 24 hours if needed. In spite of all of the children being safe, happy, well-fed, and treasures to their parents, Bell said the children needed to be in public school. Her behavior was repulsive, and when her attempts to sway DL to sleep with her did not work, she tried to squeeze the children from his grasp while disrespecting RL on the telephone as well.

Suddenly, Bell's aggressive behavior was so troubling, gruesome, and shocking that even the children were afraid of her as she tried to convince them that she was their "Friend" right after she had just tried to seduce their dad. When she could not get her way, she called the police and told them to come back. Bell lied to the already hate-fueled cops that she was afraid of DL, who is a gentle soul. After being scorned, Bell also called her supervisor, Ahzshaka Shendes Evans Johnson (aka Apokiko Johnson or Ahzhaka Johnson) whereby the two conspired to take the children that very day while lying to Dr. Dorothy that she would be able to take the children home with her once she arrived in SCA. That never happened, ever.

RL was on the phone with DL while RL was strapped in an ambulance on the way to the Shelby Baptist Medical Center without her permission. RL overheard this conversation between Bell and DL. DL told Bell that she could not take photos because the cops had just finished ransacking the home, interrupting the children's homeschooling session, and illegally searching the house for what was supposed to be a wellness check call. Frenique Bell said, "...either we take photos and you keep your children or we don't take photos, and I will have the police take them right now".

This was said in front of at least three officers Heathcock, Courtney Shevchenko, and James. They were the same bad-acting police officers whose behavior was similar to the bad cops who killed George Floyd. The police separated DL from the children to ridicule him about how their homes were spotless and how DL needed to stay within his "race". Officer Courtney Shevchenko took the children in the garage alone with him, whereby he made them all dance for his enjoyment, gratification, and sickness.

When DL was finally set free from the clutches of SCA DHR, so-called "Investigator" Bell, who had already tried to big-boy her way into being the mistress of DL, as well as the new mother and "Friend" of the children, DL overheard Officer Courtney Shevchenko abruptly talking down to the children along with forcing them to satisfy his nauseous, twisted perversions of demanding that the innocent little children entertain him by dancing alone for him in the garage.

DL rushed into the garage and immediately had the babies stop dancing and to come with him inside the house where they were prior to Frenique Bell's sad attempts at seducing him. While DL was on the phone with his wife, RL, Bell listened in on the conversation. Officer Heathcock told DL that if RL curses one more time over the phone, he would have to charge her with cursing an officer, and she wasn't even talking to him or about him or on location with him. Moments later, Officer Heathcock said, "... and you talking about how she got roughed up by my officers ... the both of you are full of sh..., “Fu.. you both”…”.

These belligerent, obscene and indecent comments were shouted out of his inhumane mouth right in front of the children. Yes, he said these disturbing, bigoted, nasty, and disrespectful words right in front of the innocent children that he apparently forgot that he had been sworn to protect. #lockarmswithdrdorothy
